About Flavours Foods

The company has been created as very much a family-owned and family-run business with the traditional values of producing quality products and providing a quality service to our customers.

We see our customers as partners and our aim is to work together for the good of both parties in the promotion and ongoing success of our businesses.

We have a policy of encouraging advancement for all our staff by means of education and training, both in-house and on external courses. An example of this ethos can be seen in our team leaders who have a wide range of experience and qualifications including first aid, intermediate hygiene, advanced diploma in food safety and hygiene and manual handling. All our staff are continuing to improve their knowledge on an on going basis.

Our Management Team
Steve Hattee
(Managing Director)

Steve come from a Butchery background and has been in the food industry all his working life. He has held senior management positions with both an international frozen food manufacturer and a large wholesale meat plant, before co-founding Flavours he was the operations director of a chilled food company.
Terry Clothier
(Production Director)

Terry has had 13 years with the same chilled food company as steve and has gained experience in every aspect of the roles he has undertaken from despatch supervisor through to production director. Before joining the food sector Terry had several years as a retail manager.

Daniel Hattee
(Technical Manager)

Daniel has been working in his field for the past 7 years. He previously worked part time in several roles whilst at a company producing the same products as he now oversees, He has gained an ONC in food science and manufacturing technology, advanced diploma in food hygiene and food safety, and an intermediate certificate with credit in applied HACCP principles. He has also attended courses on microbiology and microbiological results.
Dawn O'Donnell CIMA, IPPM
(Company Accountant)

Dawn originates from an accounting background, she started her career working for a Chartered Accoutants gaining experience and knowledge in all accounting aspects. Dawn previously worked for a large Chilled Food company and a major high street clothing retailer. She has worked in accounts for over 18 years and has gained vast experience in all levels of accountancy including payroll, personal and company tax.
