Production Room

Here our staff assemble all our product mixes. Working to predefined recipes products are weighed out and mixed together using food grade equipment and documented production methods. Products are manufactured to order and on a one at a time basis ensuring any risk of cross contamination is greatly reduced.

Raw Materials are stored in a purpose built goods in store fridge and thorough time and temperature checks are conducted on each batch on product before being released.

Packing Room

  • Products are ‘spoon fed’ into polypropylene food grade pots to allow for visual checks.
  • Packaging is labelled to order ensuring full shelf life is achieved.
  • Products are lidded and number counted before being released.
  • Marinated Meat and Pulled Meat products are placed through our Modified Atmosphere packaging machines to create a filmed tray product and these are handled in the same way.

Despatch Fridge

    Here we collate and pick our customers orders. All our products are made to order and dependant on customers specific requirements are either placed in boxes, baskets or bulk containers.

    As part of our commitment to service we are able to implement any specific request our customers have such as numbered boxes, case quantities and split orders.
